Cindy Riach San Francisco Silicon Valley based coach

My name is

Cindy Riach.

In the late 2000s in San Francisco, I was an early participant and teaching facilitator of the authentic relating movement. I traveled around the world coaching and teaching workshops based on values of personal development and creating community.

Along the way, I have gained skills and practices in the fields of depth psychology and trauma, as well as transformational neuro-linguistic programming (a powerful form of NLP).

I help others explore and resource all of the parts that are no longer serving the present version of them.

The people I work with are committed to growth and transformation. They are often courageous, hardworking, and ready for change.

How can I help you?

Some of the ways you will benefit from working with me:

  1. Remove limitations from and attachments to what doesn’t serve you. When there are beliefs and values in place preventing you from having what you want, it can cause a lot of pain. During our work together, we will explore these limitations and attachments, evaluate their significance, and reorient them so they are no longer obstacles.

  2. Open doorways to possibilities and happiness. Feeling stuck and under-resourced can cause suffering. Alleviating this suffering is a matter of discovering and exploring more choices and resources on the menu that weren’t previously there.

  3. Let people be who they are without being wrong for it. Blaming and shaming yourself and others won’t lead to desired solutions. The more we take responsibility for our own outcomes through our inner experience, the more we can affect real change.

  4. Inspire excitement about the future. When our patterns confine us to having little hope for positive outcomes, we have a challenging time feeling great about the future. We explore these limitations so that it’s no longer controlling and preventing our desire for a better quality of life.

  5. Allow the imagination to work for us, rather than against us. Our brains are beautiful instruments, which keep us alive and create solutions. When we come from an environment which encourages us to be watchful of things to be afraid of, it can create a life of anxiety, fear, and limitations. During the session, we help our brains rewire these patterns.

Are you ready for transformation?

During our coaching session, you will receive feedback, interpersonal reflection, and transformative, in-the-moment noticing. You will gain more rapport with yourself. You might also receive resources, such as referrals, connections, exercises, and books. At the end of our session, you will have clarity about the next step you would like to take. Sessions typically last from ninety minutes to two hours.

Is this for you?

If you and your peers rate you strongly in these following areas already, you're in exactly the right place to work with me and take your life to the next level.

√  I persist.
√  I want better outcomes.
√  I work hard.
√  Honest feedback is critical to my process.
√  I am ready for change.
